1 (9"x13") pan prepared cornbread
1 pkg. bread crumbs (cornbread with herbs)
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. celery
3/4 c. onion
3/4 c. bell pepper

Crumble bread; mix other ingredients in with bread. Put in a baking dish and cook until brown. May be doubled for a large family.
