CHICKEN FAJITAS 
4 (3 oz.) skinned, boneless chicken breasts, halved
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
4 (6") flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Green onions, sliced
Sliced black olives
Sour cream

In plastic bag, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and bouillon; add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinate; grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinate. Slice chicken into strips. Place on tortillas. Top with cheese and one or more of listed garnishes. Fold tortillas. Serve immediately.
