GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 qt. milk (4 c.)
1 c. Grapenuts
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat 1 cup milk. Soak Grapenuts in heated milk for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Beat eggs into ingredients. Mix all well. Place into buttered casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until pudding is firm.
