GRAPENUT PUDDING 
3 eggs
1 qt. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. grapenuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 3 eggs and set aside. Heat 1 quart of milk and add 3/4 cup of sugar (more or less to taste) and 1 cup of Grapenuts. Cool about 15 minutes (or more, if you want Grapenuts absorbed more into the pudding). Add eggs and vanilla. Bake in 1 1/2-2 quart casserole in a pan of water, 1 hour at 350 degrees.
