CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 med. apple, unpeeled
1 c. grapes, halved
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine chicken, apple, grapes and mix together. Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Add seasoned mayonnaise to chicken mixture and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
