CHICKEN ROYALE 
2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. dry white sherry
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. anise seed
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
6 boneless chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl, add chicken and marinate overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and place chicken in a shallow baking pan, skin side up. Brush with butter and pour marinade in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until chicken is done.
