STRAWBERRY PIE 
4 tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. sugar
2 c. strawberries, sliced
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 baked pie shell

Mix Jell-O, cornstarch, sugar, and water together. Boil until thick, for about 1 or 2 minutes. Let cool. Add the sliced strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill until all is firm and top with Cool Whip.
