1/4 c. butter
2 lg. Hershey chocolate bars
2 c. peanut butter
1 lg. box Crispix cereal
2 c. peanuts
4 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, chocolate and peanut butter. Pour over Crispix cereal. Let cool a little. Place 2 cups powdered sugar in plastic bag. Add mixture and add 2 more cups powdered sugar; shake well.
