MOLASSES COOKIES 
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. dark molasses, better if crude
3/4 c. sour milk
4 c. flour, no more
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix in order given, chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight. Pat out on floured board 1/3 inch thick. Do not roll with rolling pin. Cut out with cookie cutters. Bake between 350-375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
