HOT CHOW CHOW 
1 qt. finely chopped cabbage
1 qt. finely chopped hot peppers
1 pt. finely chopped onions
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed
1 qt. vinegar

Combine chopped cabbage seed and chopped peppers, peeled and chopped onions with all other ingredients in large bowl. Stir together to mix well. Cover with plastic wrap, let stand overnight. Spoon into hot, sterilized jars, seal and process in hot water bath. Process 10 minutes for 1/2 pints, 20 minutes for pints. Cool, label and store in cool, dry place. Wonderful with Black Eyed peas.
