CHICKEN - CORN CHOWDER | |
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules 2 oz. med. noodles 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream style corn 1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk style chicken In large saucepan, combine bouillon granules and 3 cups of hot water. Bring to boiling. Break noodles and add to broth mixture in saucepan. Return to boiling, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Do not drain. Stir in cream of chicken soup and corn. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Add undrained chicken. Heat the mixture through. Makes 4 servings. |
