PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BRITTLE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
3 sticks butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Lightly grease 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan (cookie sheet). Sprinkle 1 cup peanut butter chips evenly over pan, set aside. In 2 quart pan over medium heat cook butter, sugar, corn syrup and water to boiling, stirring constantly. Keep stirring until temperature reaches 300 degrees (15 to 20 minutes) or hard crack stage. Remove from heat and stir in nuts. Immediately pour over chips in pan carefully.
