2 1/4 c. ketchup
2 1/4 c. water
2 tsp. instant beef broth
1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 shakes Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Bring all to boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally 15 minutes. Cook. Makes 1 quart.
