CHICKEN MELT 
4 lb. jumbo chicken thighs
2 lb. mozzarella cheese
Granulated garlic
Oregano
Black pepper
Parsley flakes
Minced onion
Bar - b - que sauce

Sprinkle and lightly coat all thighs with garlic, oregano, black pepper, parsley flakes and minced onion. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and coat with thick bar - b - que sauce. Then cover each chicken thigh with thick slices of mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer at 350 degrees.
