PEACH CREAM 
32 marshmallows
1/2 c. orange juice
1 pt. whipping cream
5 lg. peaches, cut in sm. pieces
24 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar

Melt marshmallows in orange juice, stirring while heating; cool. Beat whipping cream (sweetened a little); fold into marshmallow mixture; add peaches.

Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar; spread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Save a few crumbs for top. Pour peach/marshmallow mixture onto crust. Sprinkle saved crumbs on top. Chill overnight. Serves 9-12.
