2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
2 c. bite-size toasted wheat biscuits
2 c. bite-size toasted rice biscuits
1/4 c. dry-roasted peanuts

In large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Stir in peanut butter until thoroughly mixed. Toss cereal and nuts in mixture until coated. Remove from heat. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Makes about 4 cups.
