LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen lima beans (Ford Hook)
1/2 sm. bottle ketchup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
6 slices bacon, fried & broken into pieces

Drain some of the bacon grease and saute onions and peppers in reserved grease. Drain juice from cooked beans and reserve. Mix all of the ingredients together. Wet with reserved juice from beans to preference. Bake in a 2 quart casserole dish at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until juice is thick. Very spicy.
