GRANNY'S COD FISH 
2 lbs. cod fish
10 med. peeled potatoes
1 c. sliced green pepper
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. water

Soak cod fish for 1 day, changing water every 4 hours. Day of cooking, drain cod; arrange cod in baking dish. Add potatoes, pepper, onion, oil, tomato sauce, and red pepper.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
