SHRIMP MOUSSE 
1 can frozen cream of shrimp or Campbell's reg.
1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
Dash of salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water
1+ c. cooked cut up shrimp
3/4 c. minced celery

Melt soup, add cream cheese and mayonnaise and melt in saucepan. Add gelatin melted in water. Heat together; cool. Add remaining ingredient and pour into greased mold. Refrigerate. Beat made the night before, or at least 6 hours ahead.
