1 c. all-purpose flour 1 stick butter 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix together and press in 9 x 13 inch pan, bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. 1 c. Cool Whip 1 c. confectioner's sugar Mix together. Spread on top of cooled crust. Beat 3 packages of lemon instant pudding with 4-1/2 cups milk. Beat for 1 minute. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Use the rest of the 9-ounce Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with pecans. Optional pudding can be used such as pistachio and chocolate. |
