PEACH PIE 
1 c. white sugar
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 tbsp. peach Jello
Sm. amount red or yellow food coloring (if desired)
Sliced Hendrix Orchard peaches

In a medium saucepan, mix the white sugar, dash of salt, and cornstarch. Add water and bring to a slow boil, stirring often, until thickened. Remove from heat and add peach Jello directly from the box. Add a small amount of red or yellow food coloring, if desired. When glaze is cooled, slice Hendrix Orchard peaches into glaze. Stir to coat and place in a baked pie shell; chill several hours or overnight to set. Top with fresh whipping cream or Cool Whip when ready to serve.
