CHICKEN-FRUIT SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken
1 c. red grapes
2 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. apple wedges
1/4 c. Fruit Salad Dressing

FRUIT SALAD DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. pineapple juice

Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Cut grapes and remove seeds. Drain pineapple chunks.

Combine all ingredients except dressing, add at serving time.

Dressing: Mix sugar and flour in top of double boiler. Add rest of ingredients. Cook over hot (not boiling) water, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and clear. Cool.
