PISTACHIO CAKE | |
Grease Bundt pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. 1 white cake mix 3 eggs 1 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 (3 oz.) box pistachio pudding 1 c. ginger ale Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees at 350 degrees. Cool well. ICING: 1 to 1/4 c. milk 1 (3 oz.) box pistachio pudding 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip Fold in putting and milk and beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add Cool Whip. Mix until mixture thickens. Frosting may be made the night before. |
