LEMON FLUFF 
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 pkg. lemon Jello (4 oz.)
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
Cherries, optional

Chill can of milk for 4 hours - icy cold. Dissolve Jello and water, chill until partly set. Whip until light and fluffy. Add lemon juice and sugar. Whip chilled milk, fold into Jello mixture.
