BUTTERNUT SUPREME 
12 c. cooked pureed butternut squash
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. dried fine bread crumbs
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter

TO MAKE PUREE: Peel, cook and puree in blender the butternut squash. Add 1 stick melted butter, salt and pepper. Pour into a buttered baking dish.

FOR TOPPING: Mix bread crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Spread evenly over squash. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
