PASTA & BEANS 
12 oz. pkg. noodles or pasta of your choice
1 (19 oz.) can cannellini (white kidney beans) or great Northern beans
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2-4 cloves garlic, minced (to taste)
1 lg. sweet onion, chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 c. olive oil

Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain. Heat olive oil. Saute garlic and onion until brown. Add beans and tomatoes (including liquid) and Italian seasoning and simmer until heated through. Mix with pasta and serve.
