1 box German chocolate cake mix

Prepare according to box directions. Bake in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Immediately out of the oven, make holes in cake with a wooden spoon. Pour 1 can of Eagle brand condensed milk over cake, and also one jar butterscotch topping over that. When ready to serve, ice with Cool Whip and top with crushed Heath Candy Bars.
