PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
Chopped nuts on top of cake

TOPPING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. butter (butter)

Mix all of cake ingredients. Pour batter into oblong cake pan. Sprinkle nuts over top of batter before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Five minutes before cake is done, make topping. Cook topping ingredients for 3 minutes, after it starts to boil. Prick cake with fork when you take it out of the oven. Pour topping all over the cake.
