BAYOU CHICKEN 
1 (2 lb.) fryer, skin removed and quartered
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt

Place chicken pieces in a baking pan. Make basting sauce by blending vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, cayenne pepper, and salt. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes, basting with the sauce every 10 minutes.
