PEANUT BUTTER BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour - sifted
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. rolled oats
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Cut in peanut butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add oats, eggs and milk - stirring only until blended. Pour the batter into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until it tests done with a toothpick.
