BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch raw broccoli
3 stalks celery
1 sm. bunch green onions
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 sm. jar pimientos, drained
8 oz. pkg. shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry HIDDEN VALLEY®
1 sm. jar green olives, drained

Clean, break, slice and dice cauliflower, broccoli, celery, green onions, tomatoes, olives and pimientos. Add cheese. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix until smooth and stir into vegetables and cheese. Let stand overnight.
