FIESTA POTATO BAKE 
3 c. loose-packed frozen hash browns
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. snipped chives
1 c. shredded American cheese

In bowl combine potatoes, soup, sour cream and chives. Place 1/2 mixture in 10 x 6 inch greased dish. Top with 1/2 cheese. Cover with potatoes and the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees (covered) 1 hour. Serves 6.
