1 large can crushed pineapple
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix pineapple (less 1/2 cup) with sour cream. Add package instant pudding and mix. Pour in baked pie shell and top with Cool Whip.
