MANICOTTI 
1 pkg. 8 oz. manicotti noodles
1 jar 27 oz. lasagna sauce
2 eggs
1 container-15 oz. ricotta cheese
4 c.-16 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 c.-4 oz. grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dried parsley

Cook noodles and rinse. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of a 15x10x2-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Spread 3/4 cup of lasagna sauce on bottom of dish.

In large bowl beat eggs, stir in ricotta cheese, 3 cups of the mozzarella, 3/4 cups of the parmesan and the parsley. Fill each shell with the mixture. Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella and parmesan.

Bake covered with foil until bubbly, about 40-50 minutes. Uncover and cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
