PINEAPPLE AU GRATIN 
2 med. size cans pineapple chunks or tidbits
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
24 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Drain pineapple. Mix pineapple and cheese together. In separate bowl, mix flour and sugar together. Add pineapple and cheese mixture to flour mixture to coat. Spread in casserole dish. Crumble crackers on top. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Double the recipe for extra servings.
