DOLLY PARTON PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
12 oz. chocolate chips (chocolate partially melted)
Bits of Brickle candy

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir in crunchy peanut butter and Cool Whip. Blend all ingredients well. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts or chocolate crust and chill overnight. Makes 2 large pies. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bits of brickle candy. (I use 1 chocolate deep dish pie crust.)
