COLD BREAD PUDDING 
1 dozen old biscuits or rolls
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
Pecans and Raisins (optional)

Crumble bread into small pieces, cover with milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
