COLD BREAD PUDDING 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
10 cold biscuits

Take cold home made biscuits, about 10 or so, and crumble into bowl. (Use own judgment about quantity on the size you want to make the cake.) Add egg, sugar, cinnamon, butter, and enough milk to make into a thick cake mixture. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean.

Wonderful! Thanks for this recipe, all loved it. Most bread puddings are so eggy and this turned out perfect made with 4 leftover homemade biscuits (they're pretty big) and using 1/2 brown and 1/2 white sugar, and a pinch of allspice. This wonderful dessert was baked in a 9" cake pan (30 minutes) and served with a homemade brown sugar sauce and whipped topping. I will use this YUMMY recipe from now on.
