2 c. mashed potatoes
1 brick cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients, pour into 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until done. Salt and pepper to taste.
