SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches spinach (fresh), washed and torn
3 oz. slivered almonds
1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
2 c. bean sprouts (fresh)
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 eggs, hard boiled and sliced (reserve for top of salad)

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 onion, grated
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. garlic

This dressing is also an excellent marinade for chicken and beef.
