STROMBOLI 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb. slicing pepperoni
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
1 egg white, diluted with water (beaten)
Oil
Parmesan cheese

Roll or pat dough to a 12 x 5 inch rectangle. Saute onion and green pepper in a little oil until lightly cooked. Place pepperoni on bread, slightly overlapping, leaving a 1 inch border all around. Sprinkle with Mozzarella, then peppers and onions. Top with Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Brush the edge of bread with beaten egg. Starting with long side, roll in jelly roll fashion. Pull the edges of the bread around snug to seal. Place seamed side down on greased sheet. Brush with egg and sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before slicing. Makes 12-15 slices.
