FRIED PEACH PIES 
1 pkg. dried peaches (can substitute other dried fruits)
sugar
pie crust

Boil dried fruit well and drain well. Add sugar to taste after mashing fruit. Mix well. (Some fruit requires more sugar to sweeten.) Make pie crust and roll out. Using a saucer as a size guide make round crusts. place spoonfuls of fruit into center of each crust. Fold over and seal with fork at edges. Pies can be refrigerated until needed. Deep fry in oil until brown on all sides. Sprinkle with sugar or butter. Ready to serve.
