FRESH PEACH FRIED PIES 
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 oz. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 can biscuits
4 oz. water
3 peaches, peeled and finely diced

Roll out each biscuit thin and let rise for 10 minutes. Mix starch, sugar, salt, and water. Cook until thick and clear. Add peaches and set aside. Roll biscuits again. Spread peach mixture over 1/2 of each biscuit. Fold over and press with fork to seal edges. Fry in hot oil to desired browness. Turn only once to brown.
