TORTILLA SOUP | |
1 can Campbell's Zesty tomato soup 1 can Campbell's chicken broth 1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes 1 lg. can Del Monte corn 1 lg. can Del Monte green beans 1 jar green chilies 1 (12 pc.) pkg. Azteca tortillas (corn), cut into pieces 1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning mix 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese 3 c. water FOR MILDER VERSION: 1 can tomato soup instead of zesty tomato soup 1 can stewed tomatoes instead of Mexican style stewed tomatoes Combine all EXCEPT Monterey Jack cheese. Heat until tortilla chips have dissolved. Serve and top each serving with shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Enjoy!! |
