GREEN BEAN MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 lb. or 2 cans cut green beans
1 can mushroom soup
Salt & pepper
Cornflake crumbs or bread crumbs
Butter
Sharp cheese, if desired (optional)
Frozen onion rings, if desired

Place green beans in baking dish. Mix in soup which has been thinned with a bit of milk, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs over top, cover with dabs of butter and cheese. Bake to melt toppings and bubble soup. Add onion rings to top and cook until crisp.
