GREEN BEAN-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cut green beans 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1/2 c. canned French fried onions Cook beans and onion in water with salt 12-15 minutes. Drain. Stir in undiluted soup and mushrooms. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
