WAFFLED FRENCH TOAST 
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 slices day old bread

Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow bowl, beating well. Dip bread slices, one at a time, into egg mixture, coating well; drain. Bake in preheated oiled waffle iron 2 minutes or until browned. Makes 3 servings.
