WHITE BREAD 
3 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. Crisco
8 c. flour

Combine water, sugar, salt and yeast. Stir, add Crisco. Let stand a little until yeast dissolves. Stir in 5 cups flour; beat until smooth. Then add rest of flour and knead 15 minutes. Put in warm place and let rise 1 hour. Knead again and put in pans until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 3 loaves.
