3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. nuts
2 c. seedless raisins
2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. Crisco
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
16 oz. mixed fruit
16 oz. cherries
8 oz. dates
16 oz. pineapple

Mix all dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, all fruits and oil together. Add this to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Bake in tube pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
