EASY FRUIT CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 jar mincemeat
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 lb. candied fruit
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour and soda. Add all remaining ingredients in order given. No dredging is necessary as mincemeat holds fruit and nuts in place. Pour into pan and decorate with nuts and cherries. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
